Club Saucy
is the ultimate condiment subscription service to discover, or gift, Australian made and imported condiments guaranteed to please the most discerning condiment King, Queen or BBQ aficionado. We’ve tracked down the tastiest sauces, chutneys, mustards and more from all around Australia and abroad for you to enjoy. We pack’em up in recyclable shipping tubes (affectionately called ‘Tubes of Happiness’) and despatch them right to your door every 2 months. That way you have time to sample them and make a dent in the deliciousness. We’d hate to have condiments stack up in your cupboard and go to waste.
How do I become a member?
To join us, simply sign up via clubsaucy.com.au
Your Club Saucy Tube is sent via Sendle, which is a premium, trackable delivery service. Sendle uses a road-delivery network that is efficient and speedy. Each order gets a unique delivery estimate to help us keep track of progress. (excluding PO Boxes).
We recommend that the delivery address that you use is where you will most likely be during business hours. If you are working full time you may opt for the ‘Tube of Happiness’ to be delivered to your work. Or if someone is available to receive your package at home you can opt for that as well.
You may click here to contact us to arrange for the re-delivery of your ‘Tube of Happiness’ to the correct address. Please take note that if the reason that you did not receive your parcel is because of addresses have been entered incorrectly or addresses that are not updated before we create our shipment list, there may be a re-postage fee.
If you are not at home during the delivery time, our delivery instructions are to ‘leave in a secure place out of the weather’. However, kindly understand that this is done at the courier’s discretion.
The moment we start dispatching packages from our external warehouse we monitor their progress. You can click here to contact us if you are concerned about where your ‘Tube of Happiness’ is and when you can expect it to be delivered.
Club Saucy uses the ‘pre-order’ concept in our process. We generally despatch during the first week of each month and the details are located on the countdown clock on our website. If you ordered more than one ‘Tube of Happiness’ in your subscription they will be despatched every 2 months.
Each ‘Tube of Happiness’ is a surprise, and that is a big part of the Club Saucy experience! During the month we might reveal a few sneak peek or hints about what could be in the current ‘Tube of Happiness’ on our Facebook and Instagram.
Down the track we aim to cater for varying tastes. For example, those who are more into chilli or not! At the moment, however, we curate the collection based on what we think is the tastiest combination of quality condiments.
First off, we’re very sorry to hear that our sauces didn’t hit the mark. Maybe gift them to your friends? If that’s not an option, send us an email, click here to contact us and let us know. We’ll happily refund your money. That’s what 100% guaranteed means!

Club Saucy is an ongoing subscription service, much like a wine club or a magazine subscription. While you do have the option of purchasing just one ‘Tube of Happiness’ – you may have selected the subscription option and as a result ended up with a recurring delivery. No problem, you can simply decide to cancel.
Currently we accept credit/debit card and paypal payments. For paypal you will be directed to your paypal account to confirm your membership with Club Saucy.
Your account details, including your shipping address, can be changed at any time by logging into your Club Saucy account. Click on the address book tab along the left and add your new address there.
If your address change is made after we have collected addresses for the first ‘Tube of Happiness’ send out (usually around the 1st week of each month), this change will be reflected from the subsequent ‘Tube of Happiness’.
Unfortunately we cannot intercept a Sendle order once it’s been despatched to inform them of your address change. It’s very important to keep these details up to date as best as possible. Please take note that if the reason that you did not receive your parcel is because of addresses have been entered incorrectly or addresses that are not updated before we create our shipment list, there may be a re-postage fee.
If you need to change your payment method, this can be done within your account on the Club Saucy website. Simply log in to your account, click on the settings logo (updated payment) and you will be prompted to enter your payment details.

Subscription memberships may be cancelled at any time, unless stated specific terms and conditions attached to a special offer. To cancel your Club Saucy subscription, please send a cancellation request click here to contact us and our Customer Service Team will get in touch with you on your cancellation request. Or-

Please know that if you submit your cancellation request 2 days prior to your billing date (usually the 1st week of every month), the cancellation will only be processed 4 days after the billing date. (e.g cancellation submitted on the 1st of the month (the subscription’s billing date) will only be processed on the 5th of the same month)

Yes! Find a gift for every occasion ranging from Birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, Father’s Day gifts, Valentine’s gifts and those gifts that are for no particular reason.
You can specify a separate Biller and Recipient while ordering. While making the purchase you must select ‘Yes’ when asked during ‘Is this subscription a gift?’. After completing the order
How can I let my gift recipient know about their Club Saucy delivery?
If you are purchasing a subscription as a gift, just follow the steps below.
When making the purchase you must select ‘Yes’ when asked ‘Is this subscription a gift?’. After completing the order page and hitting submit you will then be presented with the iCARD to complete with a message. You can then choose to email the card to yourself to print out and hand to the recipient, or you can email the card to the recipient on the allocated date of your choice.
On successful completion of your order Club Saucy will send you a confirmation via e-mail of your details, This email will contain your Order ID #. This number should be retained and used in future correspondence.
Confirmation emails should arrive within 10 minutes of placing the order. If you haven’t received anything after this period of time, please call us on 0419 297 156
